TOPS: (Talent Opportunity Program), is a talent search and educational program for female gymnasts ages 7-10 and their coaches. During the months of June and July gymnasts age 7-10 are evaluated on physical abilities at the state or regional level. These dates are set by your State TOP manager in conjunction with the National TOP Manager.
At Elegance Elite, we focus mainly on improving physical abilities such as strength and flexibility in our TOPS program. With a strict curriculum, we balance hard work with fun. There are many thought out drills and exercises. TOPS gymnasts will also be responsible for working physical abilities at home. Below are the links to the TOPS requirements per event:

Physical Abilities
ACC:(Accelerated)- This program is exclusive to Elegance Elite. By invitation only, gymnasts on the fast track will be asked to practice an additional two hour a week to work upgraded conditioning, drills, physical abilities, etc. This program will be challenging. We work hard to assure hard working gymnasts are prepared to reach big goals in gymnastics.
Both programs must be in conjunction with steady attendance to regular practice.
