Xcel Team

This brand-new facility is the home of Elegance Elite’s USA Girls Gymnastics Team.  Currently, this facility offers levels 2-9, advanced track (invite only), and TOPS training (ages 6-10: invite only). We also offer Xcel Silver and Xcel Gold. For the most part, the Xcel team will be held to the same standard as the competitive team except for commitment. Xcel is meant for gymnasts who also want to be dedicated to other sports and activities.

Our competitive programs are based on the following:

  1. Creating precision and elegance in our gymnastics technique.
  2. Using proper stretching, and strength training to eliminate injury.
  3. Properly drilling skills and establishing an individualized training programs for appropriate progressions.
  4. Working hard both individually and as a team. Always motivating, inspiring, and respecting others.

Xcel Silver: To compete as an Xcel silver, the gymnast must have reached their 6th birthday. Silver is comparable to USAG levels 2 & 3. At Elegance Elite, this group will practice two days a week for three hours. Practices will consist of a variety of skills, drills, flexibility, and strength training. The environment is a bit laxer than the JO program. The girls will attend 4 local competitions, as well as a state competition upon qualification. Routines for floor and beam will be choreographed by the coach and will be consistent with the entire silver team.
Tuition: $205/month

Xcel Gold: To compete Xcel gold, the gymnast must have reached their 7th birthday. Gold is comparable to USAG levels 3&4. At Elegance Elite, this group will practice three days a week for three hours. Practices will consist of a variety of skills, drills, flexibility, and strength training. The environment is a bit laxer than the JO program. The girls will attend 4 local and one travel competition, plus a state competition upon qualification. Routines for floor and beam must be choreographed by a coach. Floor music will be selected by the gymnast and approved by the coach. Music length must be 60 seconds or less!
